We are a small home based business dealing in anything that nature provides for us here in northeastern Ohio. Our woodshop and gardens offer some of the finest goods imaginable!
In our woodshop we create heirloom quality pieces, using only the finest hardwood lumber and hardware available to us. We pride ourselves in the craftsmanship of each unique piece we produce. From the smallest to the largest item everything is handcrafted on an individual basis, nothing is mass produced. With this in mind, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery on most of our smaller items and a minimum of 8-12 weeks on the larger items such as desks and entertainment centers. Many of our woodworking projects require hardware ( hinges, knobs, pulls, drawer slides, etc.). Each project has it's own special needs. We use only the finest quality available on each item!! When you request a quote or purchase an item via the shopping cart we will contact you with your hardware options for that item. If these options are not acceptable for you we will work with you to get exactly what you want!! Please understand that there may be an extra charge for non-standard items!!
In our gardens we recycle and reuse everything we can! We believe it is our responsibility to take care of our planet’s natural resources. We grow “pesticide free” here at NATURES BUSINESS making all of our food products “worry free” for our customers!
When you find something you are interested in and there is no shopping cart button, please e- mail email@example.com or call (330-549-9413) me with the details for your item such as size, color, type of wood etc. Please include your postal zip code so I can give you an accurate quote including shipping. Our shipping is done through fedex ground on all of our smaller items. Large items that need to be shipped freight LTL we contract Pack/ShipUSA to package and ship these items. We do not have the facilities to prepare these items correctly!!
On our pages there is a paypal shopping cart for some of our items so that you can conveniently order that item!! Please visit the Shipping Zones page before ordering to determine which zone to enter in the drop down menu for price including shipping & handling!! Also if there is a drop down menu for stain colors please visit the Standard Stain Colors link to determine which stain color you would like!!
We use paypal for our payment system or we will accept a personal check or money order. Contact Us if you wish to pay using personal check or money order for information on this procedure!! Please, if you have any problem with our products or need more information, contact us and we will do our best to help you!!!!
We take great pride in our customers satisfation with our products!! Naturally, any items that are damaged due to shipping will be taken care of through our shipping company and replaced for you at no charge.Please inspect your item carefully upon receiving it for any shipping damage and please inform us immediately if you suspect such damage!!We have never had a return of any of our items. With that said, all returns must be made within 30 days of receiving said item. We do not return any of the shipping costs, only the actual price of the item. Item must be returned in the original packing(or comparable packing to ensure an undamaged return)and must not be damaged from use to receive a refund. No refunds will be made if item is found to be abused in any way!! We do not accept returns on any custom sized, custom stained items or items crafted with custom wood species so PLEASE do not be afraid to exchange dialog with us to be sure you get exactly what you want!!
