When using the paypal shopping cart there will be a dropdown menu to enter your shipping zone which will give you the total price of the item including the shipping & handling charge. We ship using fedex ground for all of our smaller items. For the large items such as desks, entertainment centers, tables and large cabinets, which have to be shipped freight LTL we use PackShip USA. PackShip has two options available: Curbside delivery (by freight truck) or Inside Delivery and Setup (details available at Pack/ShipUSA ).The PackShip process is as follows:
  1. PackShip picks up the furniture from us and takes it back to their warehouse. Before accepting the pick up, the PackShip representative inspects the furniture for scratches and other defects.
  2. At their warehouse, the furniture is inspected again and is packaged for safe shipping. During the packaging process, a variety of packaging materials may be used. Foam-In-Place (FIP) is manufactured foam that is dispensed with a machine in a liquid state.
    While being dispensed, it expands and conforms to the object, creating a mold as it sets up. This creates a custom fit around the touch points of the furniture piece. A gray film is placed between the furniture and the liquid foam so the FIP does not touch the furniture. All flat sides and tops are protected with 3/4" polystyrene sheets. A custom box made from 275 pound test, double wall cardboard sheeting covers the furniture piece. After boxing, large furniture pieces are strapped to pallets for easy transferring by the carrier.
  3. In about 5-10 business days, your furniture is ready to ship. It is released to a freight company who carries it to your area. At this stage PackShip will call you with a tracking number as well as an estimated arrival date and receiving instructions.
  4. Depending on the delivery option selected, the merchandise is delivered via curbside or inside your home or office.
Contact us about our furniture shipping process. Please look at this table and determine which zone you are in according to state and enter it into the menu. It is important to remember that the shipping charge may be an estimate. If after we see your zip code and determine that charge is substantially more or less we will either send you a refund or a request money order via paypal. we do not ship out of the country or out of the lower 48 states because the cost is prohibitive. This is the only way we could do this in a resonable fashion! Thank you!

In our woodshop we create heirloom quality pieces, using only the finest hardwood lumber and hardware available to us. We pride ourselves in the craftsmanship of each unique piece we produce. From the smallest to the largest item everything is handcrafted on an individual basis, nothing is mass produced. With this in mind, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery on most of our smaller items and a minimum of 8-12 weeks on the larger items such as desks and entertainment centers.

We use paypal for our payment system. We will accept a personal check or money order. Contact Us if you wish to pay using personal check or money order for information on this procedure!! Return Policy

We take great pride in our customers satisfation with our products!! Naturally, any items that are damaged due to shipping will be taken care of through our shipping company and replaced for you at no charge.Please inspect your item carefully upon receiving it for any shipping damage and please inform us immediately if you suspect such damage!!We have never had a return of any of our items. With that said, all returns must be made within 30 days of receiving said item. We do not return any of the shipping costs, only the actual price of the item. Item must be returned in the original packing(or comparable packing to ensure an undamaged return)and must not be damaged from use to receive a refund. No refunds will be made if item is found to be abused in any way!! We do not accept returns on any custom sized, custom stained items or items crafted with custom wood species so PLEASE do not be afraid to exchange dialog with us to be sure you get exactly what you want!!
